- Assist Title Company with Documents and Escrow Instructions
- Review All Escrow Documents, Title Reports, Inspections & Disclosures
- Continually Track all aspects of Escrow to Insure Timely Close
- Draft Additional Disclosures/Addendums needed for Seller's Protection
- Confirm that Buyer has Signed all Inspections, Disclosures & Reports
- Assist Seller with Purchase of New Home or with Relocation Agent
- Prep Seller for Signing and terminating Utilities, Insurance etc.
